SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries will be made to the ground floor for all packages over 10 kilos. Packages weighing less than 10 kilos can be delivered in buildings with several levels up to the 3rd level at most and provided that the access stairs allow it and cannot present any danger for the deliverers.
At ONESTOP-IE you currently have 3 different types of deliveries:
1) Delivery without slip: this is a postal service that does not include a signature on delivery of the order, so it carries a certain risk of disputed delivery. We do not recommend this type of delivery for packages with a value greater than 200 (two hundred) euros, or packages that could be easily damaged.
2) Delivery with Slip: in this case, it is a service with signature on delivery of the order.
3) Pallet delivery: Keep in mind that you will need an accessible unloading area for this type of delivery, as well as means to unload and receive packages.
Upon confirmation of your purchase, your package is prepared in most cases between 24/48 hours. In some cases, shipment may take place the same day for products immediately available and paid for before noon.
WHOLESALERS orders and those to be shipped by sea may have longer preparation times. The final delivery times will depend on the carriers chosen by the customers and the localities of destination. The delivery times indicated are approximate and refer to working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to the plurality of our storage points, your orders may be split into several shipments.
Shipping costs include:
- Suitable packaging (boxes, bubble wrap, interior protection, and palletization for heavy packages, etc.)
- Departure customs clearance costs, transport and insurance costs according to the general conditions.
Unless specifically indicated on the invoices or documents that accompany the packages for deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs charges at destination or other taxes (duties) are not included. If applicable, the recipient will be required to pay them to the local authorities, as well as all import charges and customs taxes assessed at destination, whether the products are actually delivered or the recipient does not accept them. We will do our best to deliver the orders as soon as possible, but you must take into account the regulations of the country of destination for the importation of the articles ordered because ONESTOP-IE cannot be held responsible for these, nor for the effects caused by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control. ONESTOP-IE will not be held responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in the shipment.
In the event that it is necessary to modify certain specific data of the delivery addresses, these may be modified if the order has not yet been issued. To do this, email us at info@onestop-ie.com. We will follow up on this within a reasonable time. Before dispatch, it is possible to cancel an order, however, we inform you that due to the high level of automation in order management, the time in which an order can be canceled is short. We invite you to carefully review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes before finalizing them.
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. When receiving your order, the first thing to do is to check that the number of packages received corresponds to those sent. Remember that the shipment could be partial. Second, inspect each package on the outside very carefully to see if there are any signs that it has been bumped or mishandled, such as dents, holes. Examine the condition of the boxes and seals and note any signs that might suggest that the merchandise may be damaged. It is mandatory to mention the defects (incidents) found on the carrier's delivery note on paper or digital (PDA). The words "VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE" and your signature must appear under the defects found. You must take photos of the packages clearly showing these defects in the presence of the delivery person. You should also take pictures of your details on the delivery note. The absence of mention of defects as specified above or photo images of the package showing visible damage will result in the automatic rejection of any probable delivery incident presented by the customer.
