- A/ As New: products that are in perfect, as new, condition, their original packaging may have been opened, have some damage or may have been substituted by other packaging.
- B/ Very Good: products that are in very good condition, with possible slight aesthetic imperfections, they function perfectly and their original packaging may have been opened or have some damage.
- C/ Good Condition: products are in good condition, with possible aesthetic imperfections but working perfectly, their original packaging may have been opened or have some damage.
- D/ Correct: Products in correct condition, with possible aesthetic imperfections or lacking an accessory, in perfect working condition and their original packaging may have been opened or have some damage.
SHIPPING POLICY
At ONESTOP-IE , you currently have 3 different types of shipment:
1) The Delivery Service without Slip: this is a postal service that does not include a signature on delivery of the order, so it involves a certain risk of dispute over delivery. We do not recommend this type of delivery for packages worth more than 200 (two hundred) euros, or packages which could be easily damaged.
2) The Delivery Service with Slip: in this case, it is a service with signature on delivery of the order.
3) Pallet service: this is delivery by pallet. Keep in mind that you will need an accessible unloading area for this type of delivery, as well as the means to unload and receive packages.
Upon confirmation of your purchase, your package is prepared in most cases between 24/48 hours. In some cases shipping could take place the same day for products immediately available and paid for before noon.
Orders in the WHOLESALERS & HORECA and RESSELLERS categories could have longer preparation times. The final delivery times will depend on the carriers chosen by the customers and the localities of destination. The delivery times indicated are approximate and refer to working days, excluding weekends and holidays. Due to the majority of our storage points, your orders can be split into several shipments.
Shipping costs include:
1) The appropriate packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, interior protection, etc.)
2) The costs of customs clearance on departure, the costs of transport and insurance under the general conditions.
For deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs charges at destination or other taxes (duties) are not included. If applicable, the recipient will be required to pay them to the local authorities, as well as all import charges and customs taxes assessed at destination, whether the products are actually delivered or the recipient does not accept them. We will do our best to deliver the orders as soon as possible, but you must take into account the regulations of the destination country for the importation of the items ordered because ONESTOP-IE cannot be held responsible for these, nor for the effects caused by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control. ONESTOP-IE will not be held responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in the shipment.
In the event that it is necessary to modify certain specific data of the delivery addresses, they can be modified if the order has not yet been issued. To do this, send us an e-mail at info@onestop-ie.com . We will follow up on this within a reasonable time. Before shipment it is possible to cancel an order, however, we inform you that due to the high level of automation in order management, the time within which an order can be canceled is short. We invite you to carefully review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes before finalizing them.
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. When receiving your order, the first thing to do is to check that the number of packages received corresponds to those sent. Remember that the shipment could be partial. Second, inspect each package on the outside very carefully to see if there are any signs that it has been bumped or mishandled, such as dents, holes. Examine the condition of the boxes and seals and note any signs that may suggest that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to mention the identified defects (incidents) on the delivery note of the carrier on paper or digital medium (PDA). The words "VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE" and your signature must be entered under the defects noted. You must take pictures of the packages clearly showing these defects. You must also take photos of your details on the delivery slip. The absence of mention of the defects as specified above or of the images of the package showing visible damage will lead to an automatic rejection of any probable delivery incident presented by the customer.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@onestop-ie.com . If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
